He helps manage the Information Technology, Operations, and Infrastructure needs of the business. He has a passion for renewable energy and the green companies that will transform the world. Fan has extensive research experience, having worked at the Federal Reserve Bank and a Silicon Valley management consulting firm. His work at the Federal Reserve has led to publications that have influenced Federal Open Market Committee meetings. Fan holds a B.A. in Physics and Economics at the University of Pennsylvania. He also received a Master's degree in International Relations at the University of California, San Diego, specializing in international management with a China region focus. Thomas Gotfredson, Marketing Specialist, LEED APThomas Gotfredson is an Energy Star Portfolio Management Specialist in the Commercial Advisory Division at Greener Dawn. Thomas specializes in analyzing building energy use, so that he can work with building owners and operators to implement energy saving measures. Thomas manages Greener Dawns' benchmarking efforts through Energy Star Portfolio Manager. He works with building staff and owners to manage their properties' Energy Star accounts in accordance with AB 1103 and LEED regulations. He has also managed LEED projects for multiple clients as a LEEP AP. Thomas' enthusiasm for energy conservation helps him promote environmentally conscious building solutions for the Commercial Division at Greener Dawn. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a concentration in Marketing from Fordham University. |
